Bluebonnet Fever

This is the bathroom for the Acme School at Frazier NM.

There is no Frazier and no Acme now.

An old man in a pick-up truck

came by and told me that

the children

all died

of

Bluebonnet fever.

I think

he meant

Bubonic Plague.

And

the Plague

is still

on the rodents there

but

others told me that

when the brickyard closed

the people left.

Don't get too close.

An open well

or cesspit

lurks

within.
